White Beauty is a tall, productive beefsteak tomato variety producing large creamy-white fruits with a smooth, meaty flesh and very few seeds. The tomatoes have a mild, slightly sweet flavour with low acidity, making them perfect for fresh salads, sandwiches, and slicing. This variety performs exceptionally well in both greenhouse and outdoor cultivation when grown with support.
Sow seeds indoors from March to April, covering them with approximately 0.5 cm of moist seed compost. Maintain a temperature of 20–22°C and provide plenty of light after germination.
Transplant seedlings outdoors or into a greenhouse in May after the last frost. Grow plants in fertile, well-drained soil in a warm, sunny position. Support the vigorous stems with stakes or strings and train plants to one or two stems by removing side shoots regularly.
